Terms and Conditions

We operate on friendly and sensible terms and will always strive to resolve any issue with speed and good humour.

When you place an order we will contact you to let you know when you can expect your books. If the books are in stock when you order delivery can be as fast as 1-2 days (in Ireland!) and 3-7 days overseas. If you have chosen one of our more obscure titles and we need to special order it for you we will let you know how long it will take. If you are not happy to wait we will refund the order in full. In general most orders are completed in 2-14 days.

We cannot accept responsibility for books that go astray in the post. However, you can rest assured that this has happened only twice during all our years of business and in both cases we were able to track down the errant parcel.

If you are sending books as a gift just contact us and we will be happy to arrange including a card or note on your behalf.

If you are unhappy with your books for any reason we will replace or fully refund the cost of the books once they are returned in good condition within 28 days.
