Our shop has a fully secure checkout so you can feel good about using any of our payment options safely. We offer several ways to pay and if you have any queries do feel free to contact us before ordering. We offer a no-query refund policy so if you change your mind about your order or find your book doesn't suit we will refund you straight away whether you have paid by cheque, credit card, Paypal or bank transfer.

Using Visa/Mastercard/Paypal/Cheque

The easiest way to pay is with PayPal. It is simple to set up your own Paypal account and we have always found this to be a straightforward and secure way to process payments. When you want to checkout the items in your basket simply choose the PayPal option and you will be directed to your PayPal account login where you can complete your transaction. If you encounter a problem or change your mind about your order just email us and we will resolve the issue immediately.

Don't have a PayPal account? No problem. When you checkout just choose the 'Pay by PayPal' box and you will be given the option to securely use your credit card without having a PayPal account.

Prefer not to pay online? That's fine too. You can choose to pay by cheque or contact us to arrange payment by bank transfer. Cheques should be made out to 'Walnut Books" and we can only accept payment in Euros. If you are overseas your local bank or post office can make out a draft in Euros. Direct bank transfers are also accepted. Contact us and we will be happy to arrange this payment method.
